Les tons métalliques profonds et les finitions polies confèrent à cette Zoom Vomero 5 sophistiquée une esthétique captivante. Les superpositions métalliques scintillantes contrastent subtilement avec le ton gris argenté foncé de la partie supérieure en étain mat, tandis que des bandes vert vif brillent derrière la cage robuste au milieu du pied. Ce même ton néon vif accentue le logo au talon et sur la languette et dessine des traits électrisants le long des bords des lacets noirs pour un effet accrocheur. À l'exception d'une bande de Flat Pewter sur le côté latéral, le noir et le Green Strike se partagent la semelle épaisse de la silhouette, de la semelle intermédiaire moelleuse à la semelle extérieure Waffle adhérente. Une dernière touche de Green Strike éclatant illumine la semelle intérieure, accentuant l'image honorifique en noir et blanc de Bill Bowerman imprimée dessus.
